Confusingly, Vivitar did two cameras called EZ35. Both were low-end models.
One is a circa 2000 camera for 35mm film. It is fixed focus, has a built-in flash, thumbwheel film advance, and manual flash on and off. Vivitar's website in 2000 described it as "Great beginners' camera" and "Ideal gift for younger photographer".
The other looks older, is also for 35mm film, is fixed focus, and has manual film advance and rewind.
